At PoppersParadise you have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view and assess the article as you would in a shop, unless otherwise stated.
Please note: if the packaging / bottles have been unsealed or opened, and/or the safety label is no longer intact, products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene / safety.
To cancel or return (revoke), you can also use the return form / withdrawal form. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. For all conditions, please read on below. After revoking your order, you must return the items within 14 days of reporting the revocation. By notifying your return in advance, your return can be processed quickly.
Both bottles and other items can be returned at PoppersParadise. When returning your order, please ensure that your return meets the following requirements satisfies:
- The bottles are still unopened
- Product(s) still in seal layer
- The product is in its - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging
- The product is complete
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
- The order has not been picked up by you at a collection point.
- You entered an incorrect address.
- On the other hand, a mistake that is your own fault.
We will then refund you the total amount minus the shipping costs you paid as soon as the parcel is back in our possession. We unfortunately have to do this because we have to pay the shipping costs when an order is returned.
You can by completing the return form / withdrawal form indicate that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, you are not obliged to use the return form / withdrawal form to use, as the right of withdrawal also applies without the form.
Refund amount
Applying the right of withdrawal does not void your payment obligation, if any. However, you will have to pay within the set period. If our records show a credit balance due to the return processing and you have paid for the order in advance with Ideal, we will refund this immediately. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be forfeited. We will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay us.
In general, we will refund the purchase price no later than 30 days after cancellation. Dissolution occurs from the moment you have informed us of the withdrawal of the purchase.
Return
The cost of a return is at your own expense (estimated shipping costs: shipping costs you paid). The original shipping costs will be deducted from the invoice after receiving the return if you return the entire order.
If you wish to return an item please use our return form / withdrawal form so we can process your return quickly.
Cancellation of your order
Any order can be cancelled without giving reasons. Provided the order has not yet been shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Erotic-discount. Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Answer your order confirmation or contact us by phone or fill in the return form / withdrawal form in. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, PoppersParadise will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days after cancellation (revocation).
