Orders and shipping
We ship everything on working days within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot say exactly how long it takes to receive your order. Usually between 1 and 3 working days. However, you will receive an email with a TrackTrace code to track your order.
Yes, if available in your region we will ship to PostNL and DPD collection points
If you have made a mistake in the address details please let us know ASAP. Sometimes we can still adjust it. Often you can change it later yourself with the carrier.
